This 14 +/- acre property runs from the paved Banks Road to the ocean, just over a mile from the centre of the town of Inverness. A particular feature of the terrain here is that the land slopes down to the ocean in a series of what could be called “benches” like this:
Three or four relatively level areas are separated by shorter steeper intervals.
The effect of this is that lower levels are largely invisible from higher up. For instance the main cabin is not visible from the first field off the highway. An ideal topography for development: homes, cottages, whatever on one level will not intrude into the view of those on another level.
Municipal water is available, though a seasonal cabin on the property uses a large well. The cabin has power as well.
The ocean frontage of the property is a cliff which is hard to access at the moment. An old trail has disappeared, and the brush is almost impassable. When (if!) you do get there, the coastline stretches around to the north.
