Not a lot to say about this property! Just 3.2 acres on the ocean (400 feet of oceanfront ) with spectacular views in all directions: up and down the coast, straight out to Margaree Island, and inland too. There’s a rocky pebble beach to explore and swim from. The clifftop site is accessed via a right of way from the Shore Road.

It’s a 15 minute drive to Inverness, some of it on the freshly paved Shore Road. Several beautiful sand beaches are within a few minutes drive, like Chimney Corner, Margaree Harbour, Whale Cove, Dunvegan.
Inverness has all the neessary amenities plus hospital, Cabot golf, harness racing, and another famous beach.
